Mission

Seeking a just and sustainable world, we Elders for Climate Justice work to actively address the accelerating climate crisis that threatens us, our children, those who will follow, and all other life on our beloved planet.

Goals

To heighten awareness about the urgency of the climate crisis, engaging with and inspiring people to take positive actions to mitigate the destruction of our biosphere, and to preserve the viability, beauty, and biodiversity for future generations.
To support the youth and others, particularly the most vulnerable, on the frontline of the battle to curb the climate crisis.
To share our accumulated wisdom to leave our planet a more sustainable and just place than we currently find it.

Climate change is happening, humans are causing it, and I think this is perhaps the most serious environmental issue facing us.
